10 Tomatoes
2 garlic
1 Chilie Pepper
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1 Table Spoon of Salt
1 Table Spoon of Pepper
1 Table Spoon of Butter
1 Table Spoon of flour
Preheat oven On a flat oven tray put parchment paper or generously wipe with oil. Cut tomatoes in half, put tomatoes, chilly pepper, and garlic on tray. Drizzle olive oil on top with salt and pepper. Put it into the oven until vegetables turn slightly black (toasted). Remove from tray, and put into blender add oil from tray as well. Blend until chunky. On medium heat, put pot on fire with butter and flour stir till it becomes a dough texture. Put blended vegetables on top and whisk until the dough has dissolved.
