6 REASONS WHY “MOVING AROUND” SHOULD BE YOUR NEW LIFE-STYLE

“Regardless of your age, sex and physical ability exercise is crucial for your well- being.”

Sounds cliche, right? Despite that, some people still do not make room for regular exercise! They often complain of having a lot of work, or studies or whatever obligations they have in life, completely ignorant to the fact that exercise will not waste their time; but rather help double their outcome and on
half the time.

They even mistake the concept of exercise of being something entitled only to “obese” people. But nothing could be further from the truth. There is more to Exercise than merely toning your body and finally being able to get into those tight skinny jeans you have watched models walk in all your life. Here is the newsflash: exercise also helps under-weight people fill in for it helps in building up their muscles and encouraging their appetite.

Does that mean average people are not allowed into the gym?

Here are 6 reasons why “WORKING- OUT” is for EVERYONE!

1) EXERCISE FOR A SOUNDER SLEEP
Not only does exercise help you fall asleep faster, it also helps deepens your sleep. If you have been suffering from insomnia for a long time, try some push-ups or simply walk a mile or two, not too close to bed time though for it could leave you too-hyper to settle in bed!

2) FAREWELL TO MOOD- SWINGS
A low secretion of “Endorphins” (brain hormones associated with a happy positive feeling), leads to depression. During exercise, plasma levels of Endorphins increase and more of these hormones are secreted, the thing that leaves you feeling happier and little bit more positive. A gym session or a 20 minute walk isn’t much for a happier life, or is it?

3) REPLACE FATIGUE WITH ENERGY
The great thing about regular exercise is that it helps strengthen your muscles. If you notice yourself getting easily tired from physical activities, even the simple ones, exercise is all you need as it helps boost your endurance thus allowing you to perform your duties without feeling too heavy for the task. 

4) EXERCISE AND SKIN CARE. LADIES THIS IS FOR YOU!
It is important for you ladies to know that you can minimize the use of make-up under the condition of working-out regularly! Wondering how? The answer is quite simple. Exercise boosts the circulation of nutrients to the skin, which in turn detoxifies your entire body. It does not stop here though; it also increases the natural production of “collagen” (a connective tissue that plumps your skin). 

5) ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILD AND YOUR BRAIN ACTIVITY
Exercise ensures a smoother flow of blood. Thus, increasing the pace of the oxygen and nutrients carried to the brain. This, therefore; makes the brain waves responsible for thinking work faster. So if mathematics class giving your child a hard time, signing him/her up in a gym or engaging them in some favourite sport might help decrease the problem.

6) ENLARGE YOUR CIRCLE
I know many of us would think of exercise as that boring heavy hour that has to be done whether we want it or not. But there is a bright side to almost everything in life, including that intolerable hour of activity. Exercise can be fun and social. If you do not enjoy the machines that your gym offers, there are still the other sessions. Care to dance at a Zumba class? Or maybe relax as you stand on your head with your legs up in the sky in an hour ofYoga? If that does not tempt you, there are other sports that could help you connect to family and friends, meet new ones and helps you stay fit and healthy, e.g. tennis.

They also send you frequent notifications to remind you of your work-out schedule.
